Privacy

This build does not create accounts. The contact form and the rate-hike alert form do not transmit or store what you type. They reset in the browser and show a notice.

There is no analytics script in this build. Pages are static files.

Advertising cookies

Ad slots are disabled. No advertising network is loaded, and no advertising cookie is set.

If ads are turned on later, an ad partner may set cookies to count views, limit repeats, and measure or target ads. Those cookies can be first-party or third-party. You would be able to refuse non-essential cookies where the law requires a choice. That system is not active. Affiliate slots for Texas electricity plans, solar, and smart thermostats are also disabled and do not set referral cookies.

The electricity statistics are public EIA and commission records. They are not your account data. Do not send an account number through the placeholder forms.

Questions can be directed at the editor, Brandon, once a real inbox is connected. It is not connected on this site.
